Original reservation must be made through Dusit’s official website www.Dusit.com. Bookings made via all other channels do not qualify for the best rate guarantee.
The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types;
Rates that are not publicly available such as negotiated corporate, group rates and/or rates offered through direct /electronic mail solicitations
Discount rates only to qualified members of groups or individuals who meet previously-specified criteria, including local and international government employees, loyalty programmes such as Dusit Gold Card member discounts
Package rates that includes value add on such as transfers, spa treatments, meals, entertainment etc
Rates negotiated for long stay term beyond seven (7) days and above
Rates that are available on auction websites
Rates that are available on opaque websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is complete and confirmed
Pre-paid rates that involves discount codes, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates
All best rate guarantee claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the original booking and must be for the same hotel, room type, number of guests and reservation dates.
The same reservation rules and/or other terms and conditions governing the rate such as cancellation, no-show, advance purchase policies must apply to both the original booking and the claimed ‘Lower Compared Rate’.
Dusit will verify the ‘Lower Compared Rate’ within 24 hours of receiving your claim and notify the claimant of the results via email. As such, all best rate guarantee claims must be submiited at least 48 hours prior to arrival date in order for the claims to be processed before the check-in date of the booking.
The ‘Lower Compared Rate’ must be bookable by the general public and be verified by Dusit.
Dusit is not responsible for any fees or other cost incurred due to cancellation of a reservation made on any non-Dusit channels.
Rate comparison will be made excluding of any service charge, taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate and must be available at the time Dusit validates the claim.
Rate disparities attributed by currency exchange fluctuations, are excluded from the guarantee.
When a claim covers multiple nights, the rate will be compared for each night separately.
Void where prohibited by law, Dusit reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee without prior notice.
If a pre-paid stay on dusit.com has already been booked and a ‘Lower Compared Rate’ is found on the same website, Dusit will refund the full amount originally charged to the credit card for the rate earlier booked and charge the full stay based on the new rate.
Only one claim may be submitted and is eligible for each stay (a stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent by the same guest or guests at the same participating hotel, regardless whether a guest checks out and check back into the participating hotel again on the same day).
